COVID-19 has really thrown a spanner in the works for most business’s in almost every industry. There is one that appears to be harder hit than others, and that’s the hospitality with restaurants facing the most closures and tough restrictions and rules upon reopening. There will be some that will flourish and possibly improve though, if they focus on different areas of the business as apposed to trying to follow along with business as usual. One of the main things is adapting and being able to offer more options on a takeaway menu. One of the other main things would be developing or adding on to an already existing online presence and ensuring a customer can place an order easily.
